We invite the residents of South Wilkes-Barre to attend the next South Wilkes-Barre Residents&#8217; Association meeting, 7 p.m. Monday at the Firwood United Methodist Church, at the corner of Old River Road and Dagobert Street.Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis is expected to address the group.Our intention is to invite a guest speaker to each meeting. Joe Rodano was the speaker at January&#8217;s meeting. He discussed how Wilkes-Barre&#8217;s city government addresses blighted properties.As always, we look forward to a lively discussion between those in attendance and our guest speakers.
