Cosby demands money back from accuser in sex assault case

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A preliminary hearing has again been postponed for a Pennsylvania man accused of fighting with police before his son fatally stabbed a K-9 and was killed by officers. Attorneys for 60-year-old Bruce Kelley Sr. tell the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette he denies wrongdoing. With the hearing postponed by prosecutors until March 3, the defense plans to have a psychiatric evaluation done on Kelley in the meantime. A district judge reduced Kelley's bond from $300,000 to $25,000 so he'll have a better chance at being released from jail. Port Authority transit police shot 37-year-old Bruce Kelley Jr. after he killed the K-9. That happened Jan. 31 when Port Authority of Allegheny County police saw the men drinking alcohol in a busway gazebo in Wilkinsburg. Kelley Sr. is charged with aggravated assault and other crimes. ___ This story has been corrected to say that prosecutors, not defense attorneys, requested the hearing be postponed.
