<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police have charged Alfred Chery, 57, for allegedly illegally dumping his trash into a dumpster at Interfaith Apartments.</p><p>Police responded to the vicinity of 145 North Sherman Street for a report of illegal dumping. Police arrived to find Chery allegedly dumping large amounts of garbage into a dumpster of Interfaith Apartments.</p><p>Chery allegedly claimed that he had permission to use the dumpsters, but police said further investigation showed that Chery did not have permission.</p><style>
