Hazleton police seek information on stolen gun

Mild temperatures today, rain mixed with snow possible on Sunday

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Several people were taken into custody Saturday around 2 a.m., stemming from a fight in front of the Ali Baba Lounge on South Main Street.</p><p>According to police, officers were monitoring the area of the Ali Baba Lounge when they observed two females fighting in front of the establishment. Officers approached the females and attempted to break up the fight when other females began to push the officers. Officers were then able to place one of the fighting females, identified as Charolette Deeds, 20 of Edwardsville, into custody as the crowd of approximately 200 exited the lounge.</p><p>Additional officers were requested to restore order in the area. During this time, police said the persons were told numerous times to leave the area. Officers encountered Michael Wilson, 22 of Plymouth, who began yelling obscenities and punching a vehicle. Police said Wilson then resisted arrest as officers placed him into custody. While placing him into custody, officers were confronted by an aggressive and disorderly Steven Wilson, 26 of Wilkes-Barre (Michael Wilson&#8217;s brother) who had to be tazed to be placed under arrest.</p><p>Officers were also charged by Kayla King, 25 of Wilkes-Barre, who was screaming at officers for arresting her boyfriend. She was advised to desist and leave to no avail. Police said she again charged at officers and was was placed into custody.</p><p>Police identified others involved in the incident as Kristy Pieszola, 30 of Plymouth, and Deniel Kingkiner, 43 of Edwardsville.</p><p>After approximately 30 minutes officers were able to restore order in the area.</p><style>
