Intoxicated woman cited on Riverside Drive

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Charges of domestic violence and harassment were filed against a city man after an incident at the Quality Inn on Kidder Street, police said.</p><p>According to the police report, charged as Christopher Hayward, 30, who police said punched his girlfriend in the ribs at around 11:18 p.m. Saturday.</p><style>
