BEDFORD, Pa. (AP) — A man has died in a house fire in southwestern Pennsylvania. Bedford County Coroner Russell Styer says 66-year-old John Ripton Jr. died when his house burned in Bedford on Saturday. Bedford is about 95 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Styer on Monday announced that Ripton died of smoke inhalation and burns. The cause of the fire wasn't immediately reported, but the coroner has ruled the death accidental.
