Saudi oil minister says market should handle low prices

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania House Democrats are raising questions about the wisdom of trying to impeach state Attorney General Kathleen Kane now that she's not running for the party's nomination for another term in office. House Democrats on Tuesday also raised questions about whether it's possible to mount an impeachment process before Kane's criminal charges are resolved. Kane's trial is scheduled for August and her term is up next January. Democrats raised the concerns during and after the first meeting of a House subcommittee that's tasked with making a recommendation on whether Kane committed impeachable offenses. For now, the subcommittee chairman, Rep. Todd Stephens of Montgomery County, says the committee is working on an impeachment process and a standard for what is an impeachable offense.
