Obama warns high court credibility at stake in nominee fight

SHICKSHINNY &#8212; Ann Marie Cebula, a state trooper based in Shickshinny, used a state-owned credit card without authorization, according to paperwork filed at District Judge Alexandra Kokura&#8217;s office Tuesday.Cebula has been charged with misdemeanor counts of access device fraud and theft.According an affidavit in October, it was noted the card was missing from the Shickshinny Station and an internal investigation was initiated.It was noted the card was in use while in Cebula&#8217;s possession, but not while she was on duty.According to the criminal complaint, Cebula admitted to using the credit card to fuel her own personal vehicle, citing financial difficulties.Cebula has worked as a state trooper since January 2007.According to a press release, she has been suspended without pay.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. March 30.<div class="metaInfo"><bylineMeta>By Geri Gibbonsggibbons@www.timesleader.com</bylineMeta></div><div class="metaInfo"><shirttailMeta>Reach Geri Gibbons at 570-991-6117 or on Twitter @TLGGibbons</shirttailMeta></div>
