<p>SWOYERSVILLE &#8212; Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred between 6 and 8 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Tipsy Turtle restaurant, 245 Owen St., Swoyersville.</p><p>Upon review of the surveillance footage, a female was seen in the area and may have been a witness to the accident.</p><p>Anyone with information regarding this incident or the identity of the female, contact the Swoyersville Police at 570-288-6565.</p><style>
