Moses Taylor Foundation appoints William Lazor and Kimberly Santarsiero to board of directors

<p><strong>Sam A. Moors</strong> has been promoted to administrative vice president at M&amp;T Bank. He has been with the bank for 13 years, having most recently served as vice president.</p><p>As the retail regional manager, Moors is responsible for managing bank branch operations in the southeast region of Pennsylvania including Schuylkill, Berks, Carbon and Montgomery counties.</p><p>Moors received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He is a Leadership Wilkes-Barre class of 2015 alumnus and currently sits on the Wilkes-Barre YMCA board of directors. He resides in Wilkes-Barre.</p><style>
