<p>PLYMOUTH &#8212; A special meeting of the Plymouth Borough Council was held on Saturday to discuss the elimination of the borough manager position.</p><p>Council met in executive session and announced there will be a special meeting on April 4 to vote on eliminating the position, currently held part time by Barbara Fairchild.
