Resident tells police stranger damaged door

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said test results received last week showed Alonzo McClinton, 33, of Plains Township was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance when he was driving a vehicle last month on Blackman Street.</p><p>Police said McClinton was stopped at 1:46 a.m. on Jan. 26. Charges have been filed with a local district judge, police said Friday.</p><style>
