Commuters could encounter some congestion this morning

<p>The Wyoming Valley could get a mixture of rain and snow into the midweek.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 47 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with overcast skies reported.</p><p>Showers will be likely before 9 a.m. today, but cloudy skies are expected to gradually clear as the day progresses. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and today&#8217;s high will be near 53.</p><p>Partly cloudy skies are expected into tonight, with a low around 28.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are predicted for Tuesday, with a high near 47.</p><p>Cloudy skies will carry over into Tuesday night, with rain becoming likely after 1 a.m. Up to a half of an inch of rain is expected, and the low will be around 41.</p><p>Rain is predicted to be likely before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, followed by scattered rain and snow showers into the evening hours. The high will be near 43.</p><p>Partly cloudy skies are expected into Wednesday night, along with a 30 percent chance of scattered snow showers.
