Three arrested after alleged fight

<p>Kyiah Marie Wheaton, daughter of Cherrie Nelson of Wilkes-Barre, is celebrating her eighth birthday today, Feb. 29, 2016. Kyiah is the granddaughter of Robert and Brenda Nelson of Wilkes-Barre and Colleen Wheaton and Carl Stefanski, step-grandfather of Larksville, Michael E. Wheaton of Florida, Nancy and Albert Biros, step-grandparents of Wilkes-Barre. She is the great-granddaughter of Spurgeon Nelson of York and the late Margaret K. Crosby. Kyiah will be celebrating her second official birthday as a leap year baby.</p><style>
