Scattered areas of minor, heavy congestion reported this morning

<p>Average gas prices rose again overnight, marking the second day in a row that the averages have increased.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $1.90 today, up a penny overnight and up 2 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $1.91 today, up 2 cents overnight and up 3 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $1.79 today, up 3 cents overnight, up 8 cents in the last week.</p><style>
