<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police have released a photo of a suspect in a tire-slashing that occurred Feb. 18.</p><p>Police also released a photo of the suspect&#8217;s vehicle. Police ask anyone who may be able to identify the possible suspect, to contact Officer Ronald Knorr at 570-208-4109.</p><p>The man is suspected of slashing the tire on a vehicle that was parked at 25 Church St., police said.</p><style>
