Drug-related charges filed against Bear Creek man

Week ahead should see temperatures in the 50s and 60s

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man will be charged after he was observed driving erratically Sunday around 2:30 a.m.</p><p>According to police, Omar Guzman, 31, was stopped on Academy Street and was observed to be highly intoxicated, and to be driving with a suspended license from a previous DUI.</p><p>Guzman was arrested and transported to the Luzerne County DUI Center, where he refused to submit to a legal breath test, police said.</p><p>Guzman will be arraigned on the charges, police said, and PENNDOT will be notified of the refusal.</p><style>
