<p>Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Schifano, Old Forge, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, March 5, 2016.</p><p>Mrs. Schifano is the former Johanna &#8220;Cookie&#8221; Guarnieri, daughter of the late Sam and Marie Guarnieri, Pittston. Mr. Schifano is the son of the late Joseph and Helen Schifano, Pittston.</p><p>The couple has three children, Anthony, Old Forge; Christine Paroby and husband Stephen, Old Forge; and Joseph, Binghamton, New York. They have been blessed with one grandson, Jacob Paroby, who celebrated his ninth birthday on Feb. 27.</p><p>A family dinner marked the occasion.</p><style>
