Police searching for woman accused of stealing customer’s bag

<p>Commuters could encounter some heavy congestion on the North Cross Valley Expressway as PennDOT crews perform crack sealing on the roadway.</p><p>Reports indicate that traffic is backed up in the southbound lanes from the Back Mountain area well into the city. The Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a> indicates heavy congestion, especially in the Forty Fort area and extending into Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>PennDOT spokesman Michael Taluto said crews should be finished with the work by 3 p.m. today.</p><style>
