ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — An eastern Pennsylvania man is heading to prison for being drunk behind the wheel of a box truck when it plowed into a Jeep Wrangler, killing a 34-year-old man inside. A Lehigh County judge sentenced 43-year-old Robert Kritzar to five to 10 years behind bars on Monday. The Lower Saucon Township man pleaded guilty last month to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, involuntary manslaughter and related charges in the death of Nathan Warke in 2014. Prosecutors say Kritzar was driving a box truck and was traveling at 69 mph seconds before he hit Warke's Jeep, slamming it into the back of a tractor-trailer. Investigators say Kritzar's blood alcohol level was 0.22 percent. That's nearly three times the legal limit to drive.
