Average gas prices rise overnight

<p>The Wyoming Valley could see some rain today and into tonight, but sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures are expected into the weekend.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 60 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with mostly cloudy skies reported.</p><p>A chance of showers is possible between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. today, but rain is predicted to become likely after 1 p.m. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain is possible, and today&#8217;s high will be near 70.</p><p>Rain is expected into tonight, with another half an inch of rainfall possible. Tonight&#8217;s low will be around 47.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies will wrap up the week on Friday, with a high near 55. Partly cloudy skies will follow into Friday night, with a low around 33.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies are predicted for Saturday, with a high near 61. Mostly cloudy skies are expected to carry over into Saturday night, with a low around 45.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will round out the weekend on Sunday, along with a 30 percent chance of showers. The high will be near 60.</p><p>Cloudy skies will follow into Sunday night, along with a 60 percent chance of showers.
