<p>The Luzerne County Community College Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) held a Commit to Completion signing event at the College&#8217;s Campus Center. The event was held in cooperation with the Community College Completion Challenge, a national community college movement as well as a statewide initiative to encourage students to commit to complete their degrees at the community college.
