<p>First National Community Bank (FNCB) presents a $2,000 Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donation to the NEIU 19 Creative Opportunities Regarding Education (CORE) Foundation. The donation will help the foundation create and enhance educational opportunities for both educators and students in the twenty school districts served by the NEIU.
