<p>Ashley Mihal and James Ide were united in the sacrament of marriage on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at St. Therese&#8217;s Church, Shavertown, by the Rev. James Paisley.</p><p>The bride is the daughter of Fred and Vicky Mihal of Wyoming. She is the granddaughter of Fred and Bernadine, Shavertown and the late Helen Barrett of Hancock, New York.</p><p>The groom is the son of Jim and Joy Ide of Exeter. He is the grandson of Jim and Ida Ide of Exeter and Dave and Jacalyn Dixon of Reading.</p><p>The bride was given away in marriage by her father. She chose her friend, Ashlie Morris, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Victoria Mihal, sister of the bride; Tiffany Gergel, Megan Pasone, Jessica Rosencrans, Sarah Strackhouse, and Becca Gouldthread, friends of the bride.</p><p>The groom chose his friend, Andrew Mikolaichik, as his best man. Groomsmen were Joseph Ide and Robert Ide, brothers of the groom; Michael Mihal, Fred Mihal and Nick Mihal, brothers of the bride; Jeff Parrish, Steve Humenanski and Paul Daniels, friends of the groom.</p><p>Junior groomsman was Jacob Ripple, cousin of the bride. Readings were given by Robert Ide, brother of the groom; Victoria Mihal, sister of the bride; and Andrew Mikolaichik, friend of the groom.</p><p>A bridal shower was hosted by the mothers of the bride and groom and the bridesmaids at Irem Country Club, Dallas. The parents of the groom hosted the rehearsal dinner at Fire and Ice at Toby&#8217;s Creek, Dallas.</p><p>The bride is a 2006 graduate of Dallas High School and received a master&#8217;s degree in physical therapy from Misericordia University in 2012. She achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Misericordia in 2014. She is employed by Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton as a physical therapist.</p><p>The groom is a 2004 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. He received his associate degree in electrical construction from LCCC. He currently owns and operates Ide Electric.</p><p>Following a honeymoon to the Bahamas, the couple reside in West Pittston.</p><style>
