We have now been without a state budget for eight months. Schools and organizations have had to borrow millions of dollars to avoid closures.What is wrong with these legislators? They were elected for the people of this commonwealth. If they refuse to pass a budget, then the people of the commonwealth should give them their walking papers in the next election.When you borrow money, you have to pay interest.
