Little traffic congestion reported this morning

<p>Cloudy skies and rain are in the forecast for the Wyoming Valley into the midweek.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 42 degrees as of 5:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with light rain reported.</p><p>Showers are expected mainly before 3 p.m. today. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain could fall, and today&#8217;s high will be near 43.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected into tonight, along with a 30 percent chance of scattered showers before 10 p.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and tonight&#8217;s low will be around 40.</p><p>Cloudy skies are predicted for Tuesday, with a high near 58.
