<p>Scattered areas of traffic congestion could add a couple of minutes onto the commute this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, but the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets. Highland Park and Wilkes-Barre Township boulevards are each reporting areas of minor traffic congestion.</p><p>Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Hazle Street is reporting widespread areas of minor congestion, along with some areas of heavy congestion at intersections.</p><p>Elsewhere, minor congestion is reported on North and South Pennsylvania avenues, South Main Street and East Market Street. Heavy congestion is reported on West Market Street and extending onto the Market Street Bridge, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on North and South River streets.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
