Letter to the Editor: Stop blaming Republicans for state budget mess that Democrats spawned

<p>North Branch Trout Derby Association will hold its 7th annual Kids Fishing Derby on May 21 on the hatchery grounds in Lovelton. Fishing is free for children ages 1-16 and contests will be held throughout the day. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish by age group. Food and beverages will be available.
