BENTON TWP. &#8212; State police said Zachary Ross, 20, of Factoryville faces drug charges in connection with the investigation of an apparent fatal overdose in Lackawanna County last week.State police said they are investigating the death of Cody Albert, 21, of Kingsley, Susquehanna County.According to state police: Albert was visiting with Ross between 8:30 p.m. March 17 and 2:30 a.m. March 18. Albert died from an apparent overdose and was transported to Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton on March 18. Through the course of the investigation it was determined Ross illegally obtained a prescription medication for someone else through deceptive means. Ross was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance through misrepresentation, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to the Lackawanna County Prison for lack of $50,000 bail.
