Average gas prices rose slightly overnight

<p>Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion, commuters should have few delays on the way into work and school this morning.</p><p>Some heavy traffic congestion is reported on Interstate 81 south of the exchange in Dupont, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, but the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, some heavy congestion is reported on Kidder Street in the area of the intersection with Mundy Street.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting scattered areas of congestion.
