U.S. Marshals: Florida fraud suspect arrested in Dupont after 23 years on the run

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police have charged a man they say was intoxicated and allegedly refused to get off a bus.</p><p>At 4:22 p.m. on Monday, a bus driver inside the Intermodal Transportation Center requested assistance from an officer on duty in the facility. The driver alleged that James Jones, 54, was intoxicated and refused to get off the bus.</p><p>Jone allegedly became disorderly with police spoke with him, and he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.</p><style>
