HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The final defendant in a 2012 York Township jewelry store robbery that ended with the owner being shot has been sentenced to serve 14 years in federal prison. The York Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1UOkLeK ) 34-year-old Timothy Forbes Jr. was sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Harrisburg after pleading guilty in September to charges stemming from the July 2012 robbery of White Jewelers. Federal officials say Forbes and two other men, who also both pleaded guilty to their roles, stole 53 Rolex watches valued at more than a half-million dollars from the St. Charles Way Center store. Co-defendant Jesse Brewer was sentenced to life in prison for shooting store owner John White multiple times during the robbery. White was left permanently disabled.
