Pa. woman convicted of working for decade as unlicensed attorney

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man is facing felony charges for allegedly robbing the Wine &amp; Spirits on South Main Street.</p><p>Carlos Perez, 32, of Scranton, was arraigned on charges of robbery, retail theft and terroristic threats by Magisterial District Judge Rick Cronauer on Thursday.</p><p>Police said that at 4:08 p.m. on March 18, police were dispatched to the store for a theft report. Store employees reportedly told police that a male and a female entered the store at approximately 4 p.m. The man, later identified as Perez, allegedly took a bottle of alcohol off of a shelf and put it in his pants.</p><p>Perez then allegedly left the store without paying for the alcohol &#8212; when an employee approached him, Perez allegedly threatened to stab the employee.</p><p>Perez is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Cronauer at 10 a.m. on April 5. He is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.</p><style>
