PITTSBURGH (AP) — A federal judge in Pennsylvania has dismissed a malicious prosecution lawsuit against an FBI agent. The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review (http://bit.ly/25ojvUv) reports the judge ruled Special Agent Minh-Tri Truong and several other unidentified agents had probable cause to believe Frank Cobb was connected to a drug ring. Cobb had said Truong had him arrested and prosecuted because Cobb was friends with or related to members of the drug ring. The Pittsburgh man was acquitted of all charges in 2011. One of Cobb's friends and two of his cousins pleaded guilty to drug charges. U.S. District Judge David Cercone says a grand jury indicted Cobb and two judges' denied him bond because the FBI had established probable cause.
