Victoria is the granddaughter of Carol and Vince Locascio of Laurel Run and Michael and Anne Muchler of Kingston. She is also the granddaughter of Robert and Phyllis Yurkanin of Avoca. Victoria is the great-granddaughter of Mary Ellen Petro of Plymouth and the late Edward Petro.</p><style>
