<p>Commuters should have a smooth ride this morning, as the Wyoming Valley is nearly free of any traffic congestion.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 and 476. Routes 315 and 115 are also free of congestion, and the North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>The South Cross Valley Expressway is reporting widespread areas of minor traffic congestion throughout the roadway.</p><p>Downtown, some heavy congestion is reported on North Pennsylvania Avenue in the area of Scott Street.</p><p>In Kingston, some minor congestion is reported on Wyoming Avenue at the intersection with Market Street.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
