<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police arrested a city man on Public Square after receiving a complaint about a disorderly man at a nearby hotel and conference center.</p><p>Police said they responded to the Best Western Genetti Hotel and Conference Center on East Market Street at 10:25 p.m. Monday for a report of someone being disorderly.</p><p>Police said they located Edward Dumont, 54, on Public Square, where he allegedly continued to be disorderly.</p><p>Dumont was arrested and cited with public intoxication and released after he was &#8220;sober enough to care for himself,&#8221; police said.</p><style>
