<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;Police have charged a Nanticoke woman with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop last week.</p><p>At 2:59 a.m. on March 22, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Samantha Marr, 21, in the area of Parrish Street. Police said they determined that Marr was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Charges have been filed in District Court 11-1-01.</p><style>
