<p><strong>Borton-Lawson</strong></p><p>Borton-Lawson is pleased to announce recently promoted employees in their Wilkes-Barre office.</p><p><strong>Joshua Dolphin,</strong> <strong>Kyle Hillard, Justin Slusser and Clint Sorber</strong> have been promoted highway designers. Dolphin has become a highly trusted resource on Pennsylvania Turnpike, Design/Build and PennDOT projects. Hillard is a team player in the structures group of the Highway Infrastructure Unit. His flexibility, technical knowledge and client focus make him a reliable and responsible asset to his group and Borton-Lawson. Slusser increased his role by becoming a solid resource for project managers to complete roadway design and plans. He has also helped improve design solutions to project specific problems that helped save significant staff hours when deadline would not permit. Sorber has a commitment to project success and advancing the mission of Borton-Lawson. He has taken on cross-discipline assignments and has assisted other groups while completing project deliveries for the drainage discipline.</p><p><strong>Monica Marshalonis</strong> has been promoted to human resources manager. Marshalonis has expanded human resources initiatives and taken ownership of talent acquisition operations. She is the leader of the Borton-Lawson Leadership Development Institute (BLDI) and Career Compass programs.</p><p><strong>Matthew Pasukinis</strong> has been promoted to Associate CAD operator. Pasukinis spearheaded the integration of multi CAD platform 3D models into Navisworks. This advancement has improved the oil &amp; gas group&#8217;s communication and QA/QC processes.</p><style>
