Delaware man arrested on drug charges

<p>HAZLE TWP. - Between 3:40 and 3:55 a.m. on Friday, March 31, an unknown actor smashed the rear windshield and damaged the front windshield of the vehicle belonging to Lee Kulsa, 50, of Hazle Township. which was parked in front her residence.</p><p>The unknown actor then fled the scene by unknown means in an unknown direction.</p><p>The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is to contact PSP Hazleton at 570-459-3890.</p><style>
