Man charged after domestic dispute, standoff with police heading to higher court

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; At 7:50 p.m. on Saturday, a store employee of the Sunglass Hut inside the Wyoming Valley Mall reported that someone stole a pair of Versace and RayBan sunglasses.</p><p>Estimated value of the theft is $480.</p><style>
