Drug investigation leads to 2 arrests in Hazleton

<p>Students from the Wilkes-Barre Dog Training Club in Hanover Township, R. 320 Lee Park Avenue, received a &#8220;Canine Good Citizenship&#8221; title after completing their CGC classes taught by Robin Rutherford-Cost.
