Hanover Township police arrest two on heroin charges

<p>Oneida Lodge 371 Dallas, Independent Order of Odd Fellows is sponsoring an old fashioned all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul&#8217;s Lutheran Church in Dallas.
