WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Ignacio Beato, accused of accepting cash for Hazleton properties he didn&#8217;t have authority to sell, waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Joe Zola Wednesday.He will be scheduled for a formal arraignment in Luzerne County Court.He remains at Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $1 million bail.
