Police: Man shows up at Children & Youth Services under the influence of opiates

<p>The Luzerne County Reading Council recently hosted an &#8220;Author&#8217;s Tea&#8221; at JK Holly in Pittston. &#8220;The Four Pops,&#8221; authors of the children&#8217;s book &#8220;The Next Notre Dame Mascot,&#8221; talked about their book and what went into writing it. In addition, Glenn Davis, author, also talked about his new book which is set in Harvey&#8217;s Lake. Authors from left, are: Mark Smith, Dan O&#8217;Brien and Davis.</p><style>
