<p>NBT Bank announced the hiring of Joann Kostrobala as manager of the NBT Bank of Kingston and Edward Kowalski as manager of the NBT Bank of Back Mountain.</p><p>Kostrobala has 38 years of experience in the retail and financial services industry. She currently owns and operates the Wild Birds Unlimited store in Dallas. Prior experience includes serving as financial sales representative at AIG Financial Network in Kingston, multi-branch manager of M &amp; T Bank&#8217;s Back Mountain offices in Shavertown and Dallas and branch manager at NLC Financial in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Kostrobala earned her bachelor&#8217;s degree at West Chester University. She is a member of the Back Mountain Chamber of Commerce and the National Audubon Society.</p><p>Kowalski has 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining NBT Bank, he managed the Santander Bank office in Lancaster. Prior experience includes serving as relationship banker and business specialist at M &amp; T Bank in Wilkes-Barre, teller manager at Fidelity Bank in Pittston and business banker at Citizens Bank in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Kowawlski attended the Worldwide Bible Institute. He is a board member of the New Life Community Church in Hanover and assistant basketball coach at Rock Solid Academy in Trucksville.</p><style>
