Capitol Roundup: New tool will help prevent spread of elder financial abuse

<p>The Plymouth Kiwanis Club hosted Pennsylvania Kiwanis Division 15 Lieutenant Governor Chuck Pirone from the Tunkhannock Kiwanis Club. He updated the Plymouth club on the recent Kiwanis International Convention and the Pennsylvania District Midwinter Conference.
