Drugs seized in raid at Lee Park Ave. residence, investigation ongoing

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man seen littering in the area of Hanover and Church streets Thursday afternoon had heroin and drug paraphernalia, police said. The drugs and paraphernalia were found when police searched David Hermanofski, no age or address provided, police said. Hermanofski was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant, police said.</p><style>
