<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said a man found urinating in a stairwell by King&#8217;s College personnel trespassed on the campus two hours later.</p><p>Jordan Price, no age or address provided, was issued citations for disorderly conduct and underage drinking around 10:35 p.m. Saturday, police said. Price returned around 1:20 a.m. Sunday and was found on West North Street, police said. Charges will be filed for defiant trespass, police said.</p><style>
