Musto named director at First Hospital

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; A woman that reportedly overdosed has been charged with endangering the welfare of children.</p><p>On Tuesday, police responded to a residence to check the welfare of a Danielle Castrigano, 24, and her child after police were notified by Luzerne County 911 that Castrigano may have overdosed.</p><p>Police said that the investigation lead to Castrigano being charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Castrigano was taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for arraignment, and was jailed for lack of bail.</p><style>
